All the products at Pittora are handcrafted and are quality checked. However, if a customer wishes to return and replace the product, she/ he can very easily do so. Pittora provides a customer friendly return and refund policy with an easy replace policy. In case the products received by the customer are damaged, defective or not as expected by the customer, the customer can place a return request within 10 days of receiving the order.

Pittora provides its customer a hassle-free return shipment, once the customer places a return request, we will arrange for return pick-up of the product from the mentioned address. 

In case we can't pick up the item from your location, we will inform you. You can ship the product back to us in the original condition and we will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt after reviewing your receipt. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference. Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.

The amount will be refunded after the product reaches back to Pittora warehouse where it is checked by our quality team. It takes around 10-15 working days to refund the money back to the customer.

Note: The money will be refunded only when the product is returned in its original packing, along with the bill and good condition.

Replacing a Product

In case the customer wishes to return a product and replace it with a new product, she/ he can place a request for the same

  1. Replace will be entertained only if the request is made in the specified time.
  2. Only one attempt of replace will be provide by us. In case you are not satisfied, we request you to return the product and purchase a new one. The amount will be refunded to you.
  3. In case of replacement request, You can exchange an item with the same price of your choice. We hope you can understand that an item is prepared with love and care can only be used for trial and knowing fittings and cannot be used, washed, ironed, spoiled, tampered in any way. Please make sure all the items to the products are include like – price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Please Note: We would like to support you in all case but there are few scenarios where we cannot support you – 

  • If Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • If the product is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it.
  • If the product is tampered.
  • If Product is from Sale or discount
  • If Items that are returned without original packaging, original receipts and tags.
  • If case of, Made-to-order / special products / international order / bulk/ customised order cannot be returned or replaced.
